intial consultation
After filling out our website contact form, we will call at a time that fits within your schedule to discuss the details of your project including your goals, design, schedule, budget, location and other information.
Home Consultation
This initial meeting will help us get a better feel for your project and we'll mutually see if we're a good fit for you. We'll feel out the space, bounce ideas around, and address some of your major concerns.
design phase
During the design phase, we'll pair you up with an architect or designer if needed and develop a scope of work. This collaborative process insures all your needs are met and helps put you at ease knowing all the bases are covered.
proposal & contract
Our proposal will include the scope of work, design details and investment cost. The construction contract is used as an added communication tool meant to protect both you and us. It outlines a bunch of the important items associated with the project process you may not even think about.
construction
Throughout construction, we'll have weekly meetings with you to discuss the progress and any issues that arise. We'll keep you in the loop by communicating often and educating you on the different aspects involved with the project.
enjoy your new space
Once the project's completed, we'll discuss the overall process, and what we can improve on to better serve our future clients. We will address any final concerns to make sure you're completely satisfied.
